Where it belongs in your plan
The 6 US gallon figure is the container’s nominal volume. It is sold empty and does not make unsafe water drinkable. Consider where you will fill it, how you will carry it, and whether you need a pouring spout or a dispensing tap.
Before you choose
The manufacturer describes it as a short-term water vessel and specifies water use only. Do not use it for fuel or other liquids.
